Viewing your plan, usage, and billing
See the current Shopify plan, order usage this period, storage, and extra team seats.
Open Settings → Billing to see how this store is billed in Shopify and how much of the current period you have used.
Current plan
The page shows the Shopify billing plan and the Orstrax plan applied to the store. If a trial is running, it shows when the trial ends.
Change plan in Shopify opens Shopify’s hosted pricing page when App Pricing is connected for the store.
Usage this period
You will see:
- Orders used versus the monthly allowance
- Storage used versus the plan limit
- Team extra users used versus the allowance (or Shopify owner only)
Only Shopify orders created in the current billing period count toward the order allowance. History imported at setup still stays in the workspace.
Plan cards
Billing also lists the published plan names with their order allowance, storage, and extra-user counts. Actual prices come from Shopify when a price is shown.
Plan changes and charges happen in Shopify, not on a separate Orstrax checkout page.
