Understanding the Orders page

Use the Orders list to update status, open an order, sync from Shopify, and see due dates.

Orders is the working queue for the connected Shopify store. The heading shows how many rows match your current filters.

Sync Orders

Use Sync Orders when you need Shopify changes that have not appeared yet. Webhooks also keep Orstrax current when Shopify sends order events.

Opening an order

Select a row to open the order. From there you can change status, add notes, attach files, send a proof, and read activity for that order number.

Columns you will use often

The list includes the Shopify order name, customer, status, due date, and totals your team uses to pick the next job.

Cancelled orders

Filters can exclude cancelled orders. If a Shopify order is missing, confirm it was created in the import window and that it is not filtered out.

Public notes can appear on the customer lookup page. Private notes stay in Orstrax.
