Searching and filtering orders
Search the queue, filter by fulfillment and Orstrax status, and sort by due date or order number.
Use search and Filter orders when the default list is too wide.
Search
Type in the Orders search box to match order names, customers, and other visible order fields. Combine search with filters when you are hunting one job in a busy queue.
Filter orders
Open Filter orders. You can limit the list by:
- Fulfillment — unfulfilled, partially fulfilled, or fulfilled
- Orstrax status — any status, or one of the statuses you created
- Sort — newest order, oldest order, due date soonest, due date latest, order number, or total
Choose Apply filters to refresh the list.
Date range
A separate date-range control can limit orders by date. Apply Filter uses that range; Clear Filter removes it.
