Email branding and test emails
Set From name, reply-to, logo, accent color, and send a test before customers see a template.
Settings → Email controls how mail looks and how it is sent.
Delivery
Choose Orstrax built-in (hello@orstrax.io), your Resend API key, or custom SMTP. Built-in sending is the default.
From name and reply-to
Set the name customers see and the address replies should reach. This is also part of first-time setup.
Logo and color
Upload an email logo and pick an accent from the available color schemes. Message Templates preview uses the same branding.
Send a test email
- Open Settings → Email.
- Enter the address that should receive the test.
- Choose Send test email.
The test uses sample order values, including a sample public note, so you can see layout before a real customer message goes out.
