Inviting users and permissions
Add teammates with Owner, Admin, Staff, or a custom role.
The Shopify owner can always open Orstrax for that store. Extra people sign in with email after you invite them.
Built-in roles
Owner, Admin, and Staff ship with the app. Staff can work orders, files, statuses, and messages. Admins can also manage settings, email, lookup, and users.
Custom roles
You can create custom roles and pick permissions (orders, files, email, lookup, users, and so on).
Invites
- Open Settings → Team.
- Send an invite to the person’s email.
- Choose the role they should have.
Settings → Billing shows how many extra users the current plan includes. The Shopify owner does not count as an extra seat.
