Setting due dates
Set or click a due date on an order, and optionally fill missing dates from Shopify ship-by details.
Due dates help the team see what is due next. You can set a date on the order row or inside the order.
Set a due date
On Orders, use the due date control on the row. You can also set it while the order is open.
Settings → General includes Default Order Offset — how many days from today Orstrax uses when a due date is not set.
Fill dates from Shopify
If an order has no due date, Automations can copy a date from Shopify additional details, line-item properties, or fulfill-by / ship-by fields. Existing due dates are left alone.
Turn that automation on only if those Shopify fields are how your shop already stores a need-by date.
Sort by due date
In Filter orders, sort by Due date soonest or Due date latest to work the queue by deadline.
