Saving a view of the Orders queue
Save the filters and sort you reuse so the team can open the same queue later.
A saved view remembers the filters and sort you are using on Orders so you do not rebuild the same queue every morning.
Save the current filters
- Set search, fulfillment, Orstrax status, and sort the way you want them.
- Open Save view.
- Name it something the team will recognize, such as Ready to Print.
- Choose Save.
The view stores fulfillment filters, selected statuses, search text, and sort. It is stored for the store, so teammates with access to Orders can use it.
Open a saved view
Pick the view from the saved-view control on Orders. Orstrax reapplies those filters and refreshes the list.
Saved views are a shortcut to a filtered list. They do not change Shopify and they do not move orders on their own.
